About Deividas Tokaris
Deividas Tokaris is the Owner & Founder of Triple Scale Meta ads performance agency.
In the last 6+ years, he’s worked with over 50 eCommerce and Info product businesses and personally spent $30M+ on Meta ads while generating over $300M in revenue.
His mission is to create the next “PayPal mafia” of performance marketers.
So that people can become leaders and empower others too.

- Full-time positions require an average of 40 hours per week unless agreed otherwise.
- You can adjust your work schedule throughout the day to fit your needs as long as it doesn’t affect your output quality negatively—we focus on results.
- Core working hours: 10 AM - 3 PM Lithuanian time (team should be available for communication).
- 20 paid vacation days per year + important local public holidays (specific to each employee’s country).
- Paid sick leave: Up to two consecutive weeks.
- One mental health day off per month— to prevent burnout, handle PMS, or simply recharge and take a well-deserved breather.
- 3 extra days off for marriage or loss of a close one.
All employees are full-time contractors, treated like regular employees with benefits:

- Contractors handle their own taxes, contributions, and health insurance based on local laws.
Salary is paid in full (gross) monthly, and you can allocate local taxes/benefits as needed.
